Project introduction

      The new industrial zone of Junsheng Technology China Co., Ltd. is located in zhongercun Industrial Zone, Panyu District, Guangzhou City, adjacent to Xingye Avenue in the north, Shiguang road in the West and Shiguang road in the south, and 257 provincial road in the West. It is a science and Technology Industrial Park, integrating Stage Entertainment lighting, architectural and commercial lighting, controller R & D, production and sales. The total area of the plot is 117478 m2, about 176 mu. A total of 14 concrete structure plants will be built in the park, including 1 R & D and office building, 4 production buildings, 8 independent warehouses, and 1 leisure and life center. The project includes the functional positioning of each building in the park, logistics line, workshop and park auxiliary facilities planning, etc. The Park takes technology R & D as the center, and is based on excellent product development and innovative technology at the forefront of the industry .

Project process and results

     Jinggon intelligent has built an intelligent chemical plant for Junsheng Technology (China) which integrates R & D, production and sales of intelligent commercial lighting, indoor and outdoor LED lights, stage lights, waterproof lights and shaking head lights. While meeting the future capacity planning, Seiko intelligent is also based on excellent products and innovative technologies at the forefront of the industry. In the aspect of logistics, smooth cross building transportation and internal logistics in the workshop are solved, and AGV automatic distribution, warehousing and warehousing solutions are created to realize less people in logistics. In terms of auxiliary facilities, the delivery platform should be modified to provide guidance for improvement, so as to avoid secondary construction or transformation in the later stage and minimize the construction cost. In the aspect of intelligence, the technological process integrates the concept of intelligent manufacturing to build an industry-leading intelligent line, and customized diversified production lines according to product characteristics to lay a solid foundation for lean production.
